"Dreadful customer service."

Ordered wood which I was told would be ready before the end of the week. It wasn't. Apparently, the order had"got buried" but was told it would then be dealt with immediately. Still no word by the following week. On contacting them again, almost 2 weeks after the order had been placed, they didn't want to fulfill it. Obviously not at all interested unless you have a big order, but why not say that in the first plsce?

Definitely, I would never recommend this company..
